1970

Karl Bailey Associates, a manufacturer's representative company for Lathem Time, was founded by Karl Bailey Sr. in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

1976

Karl Bailey Jr. began working part-time for his father, learning the ropes of the time clock industry.

1981

Karl Bailey Jr. began working full-time, and New England Time Solutions expanded to become a full-service time and attendance provider representing many manufacturers.

1991

As the company continued to expand, Karl Bailey Associates changed their name to New England Time & Systems West.

2004

Joshua Bailey, the third Bailey generation joined the team, as New England Time & Systems West continued to modernize with cutting edge technologies.

2007

As the New Year approached, New England Time & Systems changed their name to what they are known as today, New England Time Solutions, Inc.

2011

New England Time Solutions remains at the top of the game as the best employee time and attendance systems provider in New England!
