Biometric Employee Time Clocks
New England Time Solutions
Biometric employee time clocks allow employees to clock in and out via hand geometry, fingerprint scanning, or facial recognition. Fingerprint scanning is the most common biometric option, though other methods are typically more reliable. Biometric employee time clocks eliminate the problems of “buddy punching” and lost badges.
New England Time Solutions regularly integrates the following biometric time clocks, though more are available. All of the software we handle interfaces with at least one type of biometric employee time clock.

Lathem FR700 Facial Recognition Employee Time Clock
The ultimate in reliability, hygiene, and straight-up coolness,
Lathem’s FR700 facial recognition time and attendance terminal
is the most secure and user friendly biometric access control
system available.
A complete access control and employee
time and attendance system, the FR700 instantly identifies
employees while eliminating “buddy punching.” In addition, the
contactless facial recognition technology is a more hygienic
alternative to fingerprint readers. Your employees simply face
the clock, and they are nearly instantly identified and
clocked-in.
Lathem’s FR700 facial recognition system uses a
standard Ethernet connection to interface with your existing
computer network. The standard system supports 100 employees,
while the expanded system accommodates up to 500 employees per
device.
Lathem’s FR700 also includes a built-in dry contact
relay for optional secure access control. Of course, the system
interfaces with your payroll system through several time and
attendance software packages.

The GT550 Employee Time Clock
The GT550 touchscreen employee time clock and facility access control system is a highly customizable terminal that is easy to roll-out and maintain. The GT550 supports Ethernet connectivity and HTTPS for secure communications. The GT550 time clock supports proximity and swipe identification and supports fingerprint biometric identification as well.
Acumen's GT550 is a unique employee time clock that offers plug-and-play ease of integration and many customization options. Featuring many employee self service functions, the GT550 allows employees to request days off, view personal information, and punch in and out for the day, for jobs, and for tasks.
But probably the coolest feature of Acumen's GT550 is the built-in camera that can record both audio and video. You can configure the GT550 employee time clock to take a picture upon punch to prevent buddy punching. Or, employees can send video or audio via email to supervisors to send notes, request days off, or to serve as a punch if there is an error.

Hand Punch Time Clock
Hand Geometry Technology The HandPunch 3000 uses
RSI's field-proven hand geometry biometric technology. The
terminal captures a three-dimensional image of the hand each
time the employee punches. The hand's size and the shape are
used to verify their identity with unparalleled accuracy. No
fingerprints or palm prints are utilized. Green and red lights
notify the employee of the status of each punch. There's no
question any more; employees have to be there to punch.
Programmable Function Keys The HandPunch 3000 has two
user-definable function keys that let you collect data as
employees punch. Common uses include department transfers, tips
collected, job codes, or pay codes. Multi-level data entry
sequences may be defined. You can also set the function keys to
allow employees to review their past punches. To reduce
keystrokes, the keys can also be set to automatically enter data
such as a frequently used department number or in/out status.
Communication Options The HandPunch 3000,
designed for larger networked installations, allows multiple
units to be connected at a site via RS-485 wiring, an optional
Ethernet module, or dial-up modem.
Edit-at-the-Clock
Functions The HandPunch 3000 allows supervisors to
override user restrictions and to input such items as missed
punches, planned vacations, sick time, etc. The
password-protected mode provides greater supervisor flexibility
by lessening the need for computer edits. Audit trails
documenting the use of these functions are generated to ensure
security.
Bell Schedules The bell schedule
lets you program the day, time, and duration of a series of
bells. The bells can be programmed to signal the beginning or
end of a shift, lunch, or break.

Timetrak Systems Biometric Time Clock
Breakthrough Technology finally makes data collection simple, fraud-proof and cost effective with TimeTrak's TouchProESS, TRAX
+F, BIO100 & Hand Punch Ethernet Biometric Identification Data Collection Terminal.
These hardware solutions eliminate problems with lost or forgotten badges while also eliminating the high costs for badges and the associated
labor to produce and distribute them.
Because all employees carry their unique IDs with them, you eliminate the possibility of buddy punching - employees punching or swiping in
for each other.
The Finger Scanner Biometric terminal is easy to use. Employees may enroll multiple fingers providing immediate alternatives should a finger
become deeply cut and not identifiable.
