The eVisitorPass Basic system is a fantastic way to maintain control of your on site visitors. With the eVisitorPass software installed in your reception area a member of your staff or security team can check in guests as they arrive in a few simple steps. Visitors can also be checked in by your staff ahead of time for scheduled appointments.
eVisitorPass offers an evacuation report that shows you anyone in the building in the event of an emergency, including anyone in the building within the last 30 minutes who may not have left the property yet.
The software also offers reporting capabilities that allow you to keep daily, weekly, or custom period records of the visitors who enter your premises.
